Aquilla Stull, one of the oldest and most respected residents of this section died yesterday morning at 8 o'clock at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Bud Pickett. Mr Stull was born in Montgomery County, KY, ninety years ago, and at the age of twenty years came to Indiana, settling in this County and living the most of his life in the vicinity of Waynetown. He was a veteran of the Civil War, having served three years in the 63rd Indiana Regiment, Company E., and a member of the Ridge Farm Church. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Marian Follick of Waynetown; Mrs. Bud Pickett of this place and Mrs. Charles Gillis of Cayuga, and two sons, John Stull of near Yeddo, and Manson Stull of Wallace. His wife died twenty years ago. Funeral services will be held at one o'clock Thursday afternoon at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Pickett and interment will be at the Masonic Cemetery at Waynetown.
